With over 19 years of experience in the counseling field, I utilize a variety of techniques with my clients to help them achieve their goals. Linh Pham is a compassionate and skilled therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. With a client-centered and integrative approach, she blends evidence-based therapies like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), psychodynamic principles, and EMDR to support healing and growth.
Linh specializes in working with individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship struggles, life transitions, grief, and parenting challenges. She believes therapy isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”—it’s about understanding yourself, building resilience, and creating a life aligned with your values. In sessions, she helps clients recognize unhelpful patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop the emotional flexibility needed to move forward with confidence.
With warmth, humor, and deep empathy, Linh creates a space where clients feel safe to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. Whether you’re seeking relief from stress or deeper self-discovery, she’s here to support you on your journey.
Beyond the therapy room: Originally from Vietnam, Linh came to the U.S. for graduate school at WVU and spent nine years working in rural West Virginia before making Pennsylvania her home. She’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves hiking, biking, and canoeing with her partner and fur babies. Photography runs in her family, and she’s a proud plant mom—so don’t be surprised if her Telehealth background looks like a jungle! And when she’s not working, you’ll find her in the kitchen, where food is her love language.
